Shia enthusiastically proceeds with choosing members, but the ones she half-forcefully recruits are all ordinary people whose only redeeming quality is kindness: a serious young man who is a vagabond, a naturally airheaded little girl, an old man with a clumsy-girl attribute, and so on.
Shia uses her saintly power to see through their talents and helps them blossom as they take on quests!
