Hair regulations at Cheolleung High School are so strict, it's almost like an iron wall. Any violation of the rules will result in a slap from the teachers. Amidst this oppression, “Transfer Student,” a troublemaker with long, unruly hair, and “Kwon Ki-soo,” a boy who resists the haircuts, fight to change the rules and regain their freedom.
