Ataru Mutsuki, a high school student, possesses a rare ability: whenever he experiences headaches, his intuition becomes incredibly sharp. He is summoned by the Five Senses Detective Agency, a group of Extremers (Extreme Sense Users), individuals who have pushed one of the five senses to its utmost limit. Their aim is to take on the “Brain Breakers”, a criminal organization of people with superhuman abilities who commit all kinds of atrocities.
