Kazuki Ishii has his life turned upside down — and is driven to suicide — after getting caught up in the romantic entanglements of his friend Teruhito Amada, who is wildly popular with the opposite sex, like the hero of a romantic comedy. However, a miracle occurs, and time is rewound back to the morning of his high school entrance ceremony. In his second chance at life, Kazuki tries to keep a low profile, avoid making friends, and live a peaceful life. But for some reason, Meiko Hikata — Amada’s childhood friend and a cool beauty known as the “Ice Empress”—begins to take an interest in him.
