Kim Seoyeon (Song Sammi), a con artist, is pursued by gangsters after pulling off a marriage scam and ends up hiding in a church by chance. There, she comes face-to-face with a pastor’s family who seem warm, close-knit, and harmonious.
But this place is a cult church, and the pastor exploits not only his followers, but even his own children.
Blinded by the church’s enormous funds, Seoyeon decides to run another con. To do that, she digs for the family’s weaknesses and gets involved with each of them, intending to tear them apart.
Yet contrary to her intentions, the siblings find comfort in Seoyeon and gradually begin to unite around her. They start worshiping her as a savior (a messiah) and rise up against their father.
A plan that began with lies spirals into an unintended revolution(?)…
